疑う
建築という目には見えない共通認識があり、それが敷地の文脈／コンテストからくるもの、コンテクチュアリズムにつながるかもしれない、とした。
違うとしたら、何が手掛りになるのか。社会学、哲学、生物学、、、などなど、いろいろと思い浮かぶが、あとは自分が何を、どこを選択するのか、ということかもしれない。
どこを選択するかというのは、自分がどういう建築をつくりたいか。
先日ある方から言われたことがちょっと気にかかっている。
「あなたは、自分が良いというものをつくりたいのか、人が良いと言ってくれるものをつくりたいのか」
その時は「自分が良いと思うものをつくり、それで人が良いと言ってくれたらいいです」と答えが、それはそうなのだが、なぜかスッキリとしない。
もちろん「自分が良くないと思っても、人が良いと言ってくれれば、それでいいです」とは思えないが、
誤解を恐れずに言えば、人が良いと言ってくれるものをつくる自信はあるが、
スッキリしない理由は、自分が良いと思うものが、自分が良いと思うものを疑うことをここ数ヶ月行っているからかもしれない。
"doubt"
There is a common awareness that is invisible to the eyes of architecture and it is said that it may come from the context / contest of the site, leading to contextualism.
If so, what is going to be a clue? Sociology, philosophy, biology, etc, come up with various things, but after that it may be what you choose and where you choose.
Where to choose depends on what kind of architecture you want to create.
What I said from someone the other day is a bit of a concern.
"Do you want to make something good for you, do you want to make something that people say is good?"
At that time, the answer is "I want to make something that I think is good and that people are good" so it seems, but why is not it refreshing.
Of course I do not think that "It is OK if people say that people are good, even though I think that I am not good,
Speaking without fear of misunderstandings, I am confident that people will make something to say good,
The reason for not refreshing may be because what I think is good is going on doubting what I think is good for the last few months.
