"Create a shape of space"

It is only necessary to determine the shape of the space directly with "human activities".

There is shape in space. Architectural space is an outline of daily life, and if only the outline is taken out, it can be recognized as a shape.

Everyday life is created by "people's activities", and if "people's activities" are reflected, the form of "people's activities" can be said to be a space.

However, this is not the case. The shape of the space is determined based on restrictions such as regulations, budgets, and architectural structures, and only "people's activities" are included in it.

In addition, many architectural theories in a broad sense also determine the shape of the space, but there is no "people's activities", and "people's activities" is another way of saying "living", " "Living" is outside the theory of architecture.

Therefore, in the form of the space determined by factors other than "people's activities" and "living", it does not match with daily life, and a very inconvenient and catching situation arises.

However, since there is no information that directly relates to the shape of space, that is, "people's activities" and "living", that is, there are no factors that directly relate to shapes, so the specifics that link "people's activities" and "living" with the shape of the space. Something is needed.

I think that is "setting", because "setting" triggers human activities. The shape of the space is created by providing "setting".

"Acquisition of diversity"

I want to create a complex and diverse state.

I think that there are as many ways of diversity as there are creators, but if possible, I would say that there are as many ways of diversity as there are users. In this case, "user" may be read as "receiver".

If there are as many ways of diversity as there are creators, there may be infinite variations in the work, but there is one variation of the user of the work for the infinite variation of the work. If that is the case, then I think that the work may be diverse.

Depending on how the diversity is expressed, it may be possible to express diversity by variability or selectivity, but it is left to the user side and the variation on the user side increases. For the first time, I think I can acquire a variety of works.

Of course, increasing the number of variations is not the only way to acquire the diversity of the work, but for the user, it is relatively easy to understand, and it is indispensable to express diversity. Otherwise, we believe that diversity cannot be communicated.

So, starting from the user side, the way the work looks and looks changes, and I think there should be as many variations as there are users.

In daily life, it is always better to start with the diversity of the user side, but what is the daily diversity of the user side, emotions, Is it feeling?

However, since emotions, feelings, and moods are intangible and there is no direct information that leads to shapes, it is necessary to create a diversity that reflects feelings, feelings, and moods. I have to prepare.

In the case of architecture, it is considered a "wall".

"Common shape"

The wonder of the water drops with folk brushes and the shape of the perfume bottle are similar.

The water drops with pottery brushes are on display at the Tottori Folk Art Museum, and I fell in love with the balance of the shapes. Two days later, I remembered the glass perfume bottle I found by chance at a shop in Kurayoshi, Tottori, the moment I saw it, and the water drops with ceramic brushes, I bought it unintentionally.

Since the glass perfume bottle belongs to a contemporary artist in Okayama, there is no possibility of referring to the shape of water drops with folk songs. The overall impression of is similar and the overall size is about the same.

It is strange that the size of this whole should be the same. The overall size, that is, the sense of scale, is very important, even if the shape is the same. Sometimes the outer shape is good, but it would have been better if the overall size was a little smaller, but it would have been better if it was a little bigger.

So, not only the external shape is similar, but the overall size is also the same, the fact that this overall size fits perfectly, the author is different, the material is different, and the usage Although it is different, it means that it is fundamental as a common recognition, and that it is possible to take out only the outline including the sense of scale and discuss good or bad, and it can be said for all things with an outline That is.

In other words, it is possible to discuss only the shape, including the scale, independently of the author, the material, and the intended use.

And that would include architecture.

In the case of architecture, it is often the case that only the form including the sense of scale is discussed, but that is often the case in the traditional architectural expression. There are times when there is no mistake, so in order to get away from it as much as possible, I'm thinking about taking an overview of the form of architecture from a form other than architecture, and also from a form other than architecture including a sense of scale. ing.

Shapes other than architecture include ceramics and glassware, as in the example given here, but we think that clothes and accessories are also included. .

"Shape of space"

It is architectural design that forms everyday stories, and space is considered to outline daily life.

Space will have that much influence.

Architecture has a space that can be called a void inside, and people can enter it. Since everyday life is performed in the range that can be seen when entering, the range of the space of the architecture becomes the range of behavior of daily life, that is, the outline.

That's natural, but an outline can be recognized as a shape.

Since everyday life is human activity, we can recognize human activity as a form, and it can also express human activity as a form.

In other words, space can be recognized as a shape, and space can be expressed as a shape.

You may not have ever recognized space as a shape. What is recognized as a shape is something that is packed or can be seen from a bird's-eye view, so if you look at the architecture from the outside, you will see it aesthetically as a shape, but get in However, in the gap, the gap, the space, and the shape were not seen aesthetically, and there was no such viewpoint in the first place.

So, when you think about space as a form, and think that form is a human activity, the way of boundary and presence of floors, walls, and ceilings is different from the past It looks like a meaning, and I think that people are forced into a crippled shape and lead their daily lives.

However, it is natural, and the shape of the space seems to be determined based on human activities first, and in most cases it is not related to human activities. It is determined based on restrictions such as budget and construction structure.

Then, if you decide on the shape of the space with factors other than the factors that have determined the shape of the space so far, you can get out of this inconvenient shape. You just have to decide the shape of the space.

However, it is too abstract in "people's activities", and if it is used as a determinant of the shape of the space as it is, it uses a verbal rhetoric and this is a space that was born directly from "people's activities". Because it can only be supplemented with words, the "people's work" is more architecturally, but it is not a traditional architectural expression, but a more specific expression. It is necessary to go and it becomes the original expression of the creator.

So, I have been focusing on the "feeling" of people and studying the shape of space.

"I notice because I need it"

There are many things in front of you. The item you are looking for is within easy reach. There are also things to worry about before that. I knew that there was a while ago. I want to get both if possible.

However, even if both hands are stretched out, you cannot have both at the same time. Then, there is a lot of people there, one after the other, someone wants the same thing. Maybe, if you don't get it first, which one you want is the one you want, but there is something closer to you before that.

Get a 360-degree overview of everything. I don't have time to understand all the details in detail one by one, so I will focus on the ones I care about. I'm worried because there is a momentary catch, and I can tell the identity of the catch after focusing.

I am attracted to the nature of the approach, the degree of attraction, or the level of the degree of attraction is high, or I do not know what the identity of the catch is anyway, but I do not have to think about whether it is attracted anyway.

Surely it's something that you need, and you're bothered and attracted. What you don't notice is the same as you can't see, it's the same as it doesn't exist. I want to cherish the things I put in.

"Accuracy to ensure contradiction"

Increasing accuracy allows you to do contradictions.

If you try to realize it as thick, thin, thick but thin, strong but ugly, it seems contradictory at first glance. Become feasible.

For example, if it is "thick but thin", even if the thickness of the object itself is increased, it looks thin if the shape of the tip is sharpened so that the thickness is reduced by processing the tip, but that alone is a high technology Although it is necessary to show it thin to the author, so that the balance of the shape of the whole work is improved, the height of the consciousness to the shape is also questioned, so it is not necessary to just narrow the thickness and sharpen the tip No.

The same applies to "thick but thin" and "durable but ugly". To put it simply, the accuracy of the shape of the end is important, as to how to treat the end such as the tip.

Even if the shape of the end portion is good, it will be ruined if the accuracy is low. Even if the shape of the end that makes the overall shape of the object itself is improved, if the accuracy is poor, the shape will vary, and the balance of the entire shape of the object will be lost, and it will appear worse.

You may deliberately reduce accuracy, show variation, and say that it is a work, but that is completely different from intentional variation and poor accuracy and variation, if you do it For example, if you do not intentionally produce a precise variation, you can only see it. At first glance, this is a contradiction, but only when there is a high degree of accuracy can it show a good variation.

So, in any case, I think that high accuracy is the basis of manufacturing, but unexpectedly, this is the most easy to neglect, so if you have a certain level of technology and consciousness, you can be deceived by your hands. , It can also be accurately deceived, so if you are not careful, the accuracy may drop without notice, and you will not notice it unless you look back later. It will be important.

"Accuracy is a clue"

The key to saving space is accuracy.

To make the relationship between people and architecture simpler, simpler, and more dense, save space and fit it in the wall thickness, it becomes anonymity, like an airplane toilet. The difference is only the thickness of the wall, and if a person chooses the thickness of the wall, it also depends on the mood, and everyday activities begin.

In other words, through "thickness of the wall", the relationship between people and architecture becomes more straightforward, and since it is more directly linked to daily activities, the relationship between people and architecture becomes more dense.

However, it does not mean that it is only necessary to reduce the size of the installation and fit it within the wall thickness.

When you think of an airplane toilet, it is surprisingly rare to feel the narrowness of a plane, but in fact it is very narrow, but not feeling the narrowness leads to the comfort of operation there.

So why don't you feel the narrowness of it? There is no extra space in a limited space, and the right things are accurately stored in the right places, and the activities there are not excluded. Because it is comfortable and you can send your daily work without being conscious of anything.

Therefore, there is nothing that is directly related to daily activities and leads to comfort as much as accuracy.

"Accuracy is important"

Deciding when choosing a thing is precision. "Things" include food, and interiors other than architecture are the first criteria for all things that have "things" attached.

I believe that the accuracy reflects two things. One is high technology, and the other is the seriousness of the manufacturer.

In the first place, if the technology is low, not only will the accuracy be reduced, but even if the appearance is modified and the design is applied with a sense, a great deal cannot be made.

And this may be more important, but no matter how sophisticated it is, you can't continue to make good things without seriousness.

Although there is a difference in human ability, the ability is not a point, but there is a certain range, depending on the conditions and environment at that time, if it is one time, if it is one shot, the result can surpass the ability difference Can be put out.

However, what is really good is not always one, but it is always good.

When starting up from a place where there is nothing, there is no track record, so if you do as much as you can and do not continue to produce results, there is no next, you may not be able to think about such things It may not be, it may just be selfish, it may not be able to calculate, but if it is evaluated that it can afford to some extent after that, I am not going to change anything, rather the improvement will not change anything Even though I am thinking, from the side, it is judged that I am neglecting important points.

Unexpectedly, it is troublesome because it is correct, the person himself has no awareness and cannot be aware of it, so it is troublesome, but there is no problem if the technology is serious and serious.

In recent days, I have experienced both extremes. It's very scary when you think about yourself.

It 's easy to say in words, but it 's difficult, you ca n't do that.

Then, only by observing what the person will be and how it will progress, I may be able to judge myself accurately now, so I come to Tottori once every two years and be humble I will try to become.

"Enriching everyday life"

By saving space in the setting, anonymity is born, and when the only difference in setting is the wall thickness, the relationship between people and architecture becomes simpler and simpler, but more dense.

It is only necessary to store all the setups in the wall thickness. For this reason, space is saved, and only the thickness of the wall expresses the setup classification. Come to judge.

In that case, the relationship between people and architecture is linked only by the thickness of the wall, so the relationship between people and architecture becomes a simpler mechanism, is simplified, and anyone can understand and accept. Since it becomes easier to select the wall thickness according to the mood, it becomes possible to handle more complicated things like mood as architecture in a simple mechanism, more complicated and miscellaneous things like mood, As it is, it remains complex and is expressed in daily life through architecture, and it becomes the richness of daily life.

"Anonymity in life"

Thinking about how to show the thickness of the wall, thinking that space saving will confine the setting within the thickness of the wall, create room and margins, and change the thickness of the wall while riding on an airplane It was.

If the installation is made space-saving, it will naturally fit within the wall thickness, but if the space is simply omitted, it need not be in the wall thickness.

When searching for a toilet on an airplane, for the time being, aim for a bulge on a nearby wall. Generally, there is something built in and there is a function, but I don't know what it is, I don't know what it is, at least how easy it is to understand in daily life Wrong.

Therefore, the standard is "wall", which is the size and thickness of the wall, and there are no other clues. That is the difference in the appearance of the wall. If you are in charge, there are multiple toilets on an airplane, so you can choose according to your mood.

By saving space, anonymity that does not know what function is born, it depends only on the appearance of the wall, it may be interesting that "living" is realized by selecting the wall according to the mood.

"Do not get bored"

No matter how delicious you eat, you get tired of being the same every time. I get bored even when it jumps up. Therefore, the side of the creation will be a device that will not get bored, or it will be made with familiarity with the characteristics of human taste.

It may not be just to make delicious food, but it is difficult in itself, but whether the consciousness reaches the characteristics of human taste is also a part of the ability.

The same applies to other manufacturing. It is tight and well defined, so it is very high quality and no one can imitate, but you get bored.

It is said that if you make a good one, it will always be evaluated, but that's certainly true, but you can't get tired of it, it won't weather, rather, the evaluation goes up over time, so when you get bored It's not really good.

Where is the difference?

It is not the same every time, it is changing every day, so even if it looks the same, it is not the same, there is always a new thing in front of you, so you can not get bored, but the receiving side is the same Looks like.

It seems to be the same, but it is manufacturing that keeps doing this new and seemingly contradictory thing, it is inconsistent and twisted between the same and new, and thanks to that, there is a gap, it is something that can be called the gap The part which is not fixed exactly becomes the part which does not get tired.

"Really complex"

Really complex is not complex in itself, it accepts complex things and responds in a complex manner, and is recognized as complex when responding.

Things that are complex in themselves are such a design and can only be taken as such, and it becomes a trade show that simply shows many things.

So something that is really complex may not seem complicated at first glance.

And really complicated things include room and margins. When you respond, it looks like a lump and lacks in complexity.

It has a moderate amount of room and margins, which makes it perceived as complicated.

That is what Japanese people are good at.

"Do not move your hands"

I'm always thinking about how all the equipment gets into the continuously changing wall thickness. I'm exploring what I can imagine by creating in my head.

The reason why I don't move my hand is that I'll start from the moment I move my hand. In the first place, the purpose of sketching by moving the hand is to keep the current image and to converge toward the conclusion based on it, so if you start moving your hand, exceed the quality of the image just before moving your hand I can't.

In short, it is still not enough to move your hands, no, if you are told to put it together now, you can always make it into shape, but to do such a halfway thing, even if there is a deadline I'm still thinking because I'm not designing.

There is a feeling like this, but there is no good image. I'm sure it's always like something, but I think the image will spread like an avalanche at a stretch, but I feel like I'm just before that.

While thinking about whether there is an image in the "forest" that could become a more architecturally specific image, other things will also disappear at the same time and take notes on your phone.

Ordinarily, if you feel that the correlation with events that can occur in your daily life is familiar, if you feel that you can imagine that, you want to move your hand Is thinking.

"Varies by author"

If all installations enter into the continuously changing wall thickness, the degree of change in the wall thickness will reflect the living itself, and the wall thickness will change continuously. Spontaneously creates space and margins there.

If the installation is dense, the change in the wall thickness will be drastic, which means that the living activities are denser and it represents a more private space. So people can relax and easily project their mood in the room and margins, and then people spin their own stories there.

When thinking about the relationship between architecture and people, no one understands it, but I believe that there will always be a story unique to that person.

And it is the design of the architecture that deliberately guides the direction of the story, so the design as the expression of the author of the architecture varies from person to person, and there are likes and dislikes that do not fit there It becomes like this.

"Complex and simple"

By selecting the difference in wall thickness, the appearance of the architecture changes, and there is room for it. The difference in the setting causes the difference in the thickness of the wall, the choice is made by the mood, and the room, the margin, may produce a story at that time.

I believe that people live like wearing continuous walls. The sense of distance from the wall is determined through mood by psychological effects.

If only floors, floors, ceilings, and roofs are used to adjust the space, there is no need for steps such as skip floors or intentionally lowering the ceiling height. It becomes simple and simple, and only the thickness element is required.

By simplifying the procedure to form and collectively represent the architecture, the complex and miscellaneous things are left as they are, and by reducing to the wall thickness and abstracting, the complex and miscellaneous things and the simple and simple things are At first glance, I want to create a state that exists at the same time, but contradicts.

"Creating relationships between architecture and people"

Before moving your hand, focusing on the relationship between architecture and people to the relationship between walls and living, the only difference is the thickness of the wall. Differences in performance and performance, people choose the thickness of the wall to choose the difference in their setting and performance in their lives. And that changes the way architecture looks.

The basis for the choice is mood, and physiological phenomena are also included in the mood.

The place surrounded by the wall is the place of living, and the floor, ceiling, and roof exist to arrange the place of living.

The continuous chain of wall thickness also secures the chain of time as a place of living and forms a unity.

By confining the complex and miscellaneous things of daily life within the thickness of the wall and expressing the complicated and miscellaneous aspects with complicated differences in the thickness of the wall, it is once abstracted and simplified. Show in a continuous sequence.

The complicated expression of the wall thickness is a decoration, but it is just a continuation of the wall and at first glance it does not look like a decoration, but the expression of the thickness creates a unique architectural view and story.

And he tries to create a relationship between architecture and people by using the difference between architecture that is conscious of the difference in wall thickness and architecture that is not.

"Make a mood"

What you want to think about in the relationship between the wall and your life is a daily "feeling".

People are living creatures, and the way they feel now depends on how they feel. Whether it is expressed in daily life as it is is a problem for the person, but if it is important to change how it feels in daily life, it is important If you want to think about the relationship, it has been until now that the theme of architecture is what kind of architecture is possible for the mood that changes with the heart, and how to capture the mood that changes with the heart. I don't think anyone thinks of it, but I think it's necessary.

The mood will change, and in order to catch it, the receiving side needs to be able to change accordingly, but architecture is not. Architecture cannot move, but it can be varied using movable partitions, but variations are limited. There is no variation in the mood, the mood is not so simple, it is complicated and troublesome, so it can not be handled with a variable degree.

Then, there is no choice but to choose a person with a mood that changes. Accepting and accepting that simple, complex and cumbersome choice is the only way to create an architecture that is not a verbal rhetoric.

However, because it is an overly complicated and troublesome choice, no one can understand unless it is designed to be in this category that leads somewhere on this side, on the construction side, and as a result, it feels nothing. I feel like it would be an unacceptable architecture.

And now, if there is such a possibility, I think that it is "wall thickness".

"The relationship between walls and living"

Use double lines when marking walls on drawings. Draw a wall with double lines, separate inside and outside, divide rooms, divide areas.

The double line only means that it is a wall. Therefore, a simple sketch is sometimes written as a single line.

The area divided by walls is a problem, and walls are only boundaries.

The walls can be divided into bearing walls and non-bearing walls. The bearing wall is a wall necessary for resisting earthquakes and wind pressure due to the structure of the building. It depends on the structural calculation of the planned architecture. At that time, the length and thickness necessary for the bearing wall are determined. All walls other than the bearing walls are non-bearing walls.

When drawing a detailed drawing, the size of the load-bearing wall is written in detail, but otherwise, the load-bearing wall and the non-bearing wall are written continuously with just a double line.

Even in an actually completed building, the distinction between bearing walls and non-bearing walls is not apparent. So, whether it is a bearing wall or a non-bearing wall, only the area divided by the wall is a problem, and the wall is only a boundary.

Various facilities on the wall, such as kitchen, water, air conditioner and lighting. You may think that almost everything you need for your daily life, including the interior, is attached to the wall.

Until now, I never thought about the relationship between walls and living. I think that it is included in the category of interior design, but here I am thinking outside that category.

In other words, the relationship between walls and living is the relationship between architecture and people. "Wall" is a symbol of architecture and a microcosm, and "living" is human activity.

By focusing on the relationship between architecture and people to the relationship between walls and living, I think that abstract and vagueness will be concrete and feasible.

"The craftsman's extreme"

Before you notice a subtle difference, you'll make a decision based on your previous recognition, so you won't go to the point where you notice the subtle difference, but you still feel something wrong.

It is a deviation from recognition. If it is shifted to the better one, it is surprising, and it is accepted as a surprise, and it makes a good impression.

The sense of incongruity is something that hasn't been recognized before, so I can't understand it, and I don't think it's better to do it, but the sense of incongruity is the reverse of my expectation. Only deny.

So, while feeling the sense of incongruity, you can't understand it.

However, the feeling of discomfort disappears soon. It may have become unfamiliar with the sense of incongruity itself, but perhaps the sense of incongruity is responsible for arranging something, creating a foundation, and resetting, and when you accumulate things beyond that, you will feel discomfort sometime It may be that it has finished its role and moved to the next stage.

Such a sense of incongruity and discrepancies between recognition and calculation are purposely calculated and dragged into your own world, showing various expressions and attracting people.

"Exceeding consciousness as a boundary"

If there are floors, walls, and roofs, it becomes an architecture. Because it separates the inside and the outside, it is usually the internal space or the external environment that is conscious. That's why floors, walls, and roofs only require boundary performance.

Its performance includes strength as a boundary, simply being strong from earthquakes and obstacles, surpassing rain and wind, relieving heat and cold, and being strong enough not to be overwhelmed even for many years. And its performance includes design.

The floor, walls, and roof are the boundaries, and they are in front of you, protecting you as you take it for granted. It makes a place surrounded by floors, walls and roofs a safe zone.

There will be no more consciousness on the floor, walls, and roof, and no more is needed, so that's enough for the time being. I'm grateful.

However, the floors, walls, and roofs that I see on a daily basis, in other words, feel that it is not enough if it fulfills the function as a shelter. I feel that it will look like anything depending on the consciousness of this side, the user, and the living side.

"Possibility of walls"

When you enter the tea room, you pay attention to the walls, so it seems that the tea room is made up of only the interior space.

The image of the point of sight always goes to the wall and then focuses on a different place.

There are various settings on the wall. The theme of the tea party is scattered by the host, and it will be fun for the tea party to read it.

Have you ever been so conscious of the walls in your daily life?

If everything that attaches to a wall is a wall, the opening, kitchen, and storage are walls. Then, most things can be treated as walls and become walls. Everyday life is with the wall and is done through the wall. The awareness of the wall at the tea party can be nodded as an extension of everyday life.

Think about what will happen if you bring your consciousness to the wall in everyday life a little more. As a wall, consider opening, kitchen, and storage. Think of it as a wall variation, not just a built-in one.

If there is a floor, walls, ceilings or roofs, it becomes a space. If the opening, the kitchen, and the storage are treated as walls, the space will become more and more abstract. The opening will function as a storage as a kitchen, but its existence will fade away.

More specifically, the balance between abstraction and concreteness can be controlled by treating the opening, kitchen, and storage as walls.

If you can control the balance between abstraction and concreteness, I feel that it will be compatible with everyday things and things. I feel miscellaneous because it doesn't match the abstraction of the space. To put it the other way around, if you can control the balance, you can show it just by looking at it, but if you can control the balance, you might be in the tea room at the tea party.

May be on the wall.

"Relationship between daily life, mood and setting"

It examines the relationship between essential daily life, mood, and setting beyond the strength of the tearoom.

What is the difference between a tea room and a simple Japanese room?

There is a space between the floors, but the only thing that is missing is the shed, water shop, and the furnace being cut. Even without it, you could make tea without it. Also, the opening other than the shed is different, but it will affect the production effect, but there is no problem in making tea functionally. There may not be anything necessary. Maybe even tatami mats are not Japanese-style rooms.

Yes, if you just want to make tea, it may be anywhere, but it may have to be a tearoom. If that setting is important, that setting is important, and that setting is important to the tea party, and that is why it must be a tea room, simply express the difference between the Japanese-style room and the tea room, and expand the gap. In this way, the theme of the tea party and the sense of the season are expressed abstractly and metaphorically.

If you set up a simple Japanese-style room, it becomes a mere trade fair for hanging scrolls and flowers. Because there is a mere gap between the Japanese-style room and the tea room, even if it is set up, a special meaning or story is born by the drop. And the meanings and stories will change depending on the mood of the person making it and the mood of the person receiving it.

The tea party may be an extraordinary event, but the theme and sense of season of the tea party deal with everyday life. So it can be applied in everyday life.

The difference between simple Japanese-style room and tea room has become apparent, so I think that it will lead to form if you consider a little more, but if you use an architecture that is different from the architecture of the architect you are preparing, I think it would be good.

"Daily life in extraordinary life"

As an example of architecture that catches "feeling", a tea room was set up, but when you think of the tea room, only the internal space comes out.

There should be an appearance, and Higuchi comes to mind, but that's it. If it is separated, it should have an appearance, but in the case of a tea room, it may be a room attached to the main house, or just a part of the room may be set up like a tea room, so a clear appearance It may be because there are cases where there is no, but the open ground comes to mind.

However, the open space is an external space, but I feel that it is close to the meaning of waiting, which is an extension of the internal space, so I definitely want to include it in the internal space and interpret it continuously.

I think there is a device to taste the extraordinary like everyday. The experience in the tearoom is special and unusual, but it makes you feel and think in everyday life, and make you feel more sharp and conscious. There is a sense of intimacy in feeling and thinking in the tea room, or there is room for anyone to read in their interpretation, there is a margin, and you can spin your own story, so you can unilaterally attend the tea party It may be because there is no feeling of participation, and it makes me feel like I am a member who creates the place.

The architecture of the tea house is just as it appears in textbooks, and it is not so novel now, but I know that it is wonderful, but if you bring out "feeling" and think about it, it will take a different view and "feeling" I think it might be a hint. In particular, I'm worried about the difference in whether there is an internal space.

However, there is something like the strength of the so-called tearoom in the foreground, and it is difficult to see the essence of the relationship between daily life, mood and setting. I want to think more consciously.

"Architecture that catches your mood"

The tearoom was the first thing that came to my mind when thinking of an architecture that accepts "feeling". Every time a tea party is held, the hoster sets up the feelings for the tea party. The tea room is an architecture that accepts the thoughts of the host.

The category of feelings may include "mood", but rather, the "feeling" may be something that engraves the feelings in daily life.

The tea room when there is no event is empty, with nothing between the floor and the waiting room in front of it. In line with the tea party, the host will set up hanging scrolls and flowers to represent the theme of the day and the seasons. In the tea room, there is a place to set up, where the hoster demonstrates his imagination and creates a story with his own thoughts.

The rules and form of the tea room setting, the owner of the tea ceremony is free to demonstrate creativity.

The person who receives it sits on the spot and feels the difference between the empty tea room and the tea room that has been set up, and captures the theme of the tea party and the thoughts of the host.

Rather than trying to get something directly from the setting in front of you, Kumitake is something that you put on your setting, and your own things, To understand the thoughts of

For that reason, the setting seems to have room or margin, which can be interpreted in any way, and that part makes me feel the difference between the empty tea room and the tea room that was set up. You can avoid the mere trade show of hanging scrolls, flowers, bowls, and paintings, and create your own story there.

Then, architecture that accepts "mood" is an architecture that has a place where you can put in "mood" and can be set up, and there is room for empty interpretation and your own interpretation. It becomes an architecture that can spun out its own story from the head of the building with margins.

"Mood and architectural plan"

There is a complex and miscellaneous thing, drifting, it is normal, and from there, the focus is the rest, and then it closes up and becomes the main, just the next At the moment, I focus on something different, and this time it is close-up, it is never organized, I think that it is a daily life that changes with thoughts and moods.

Therefore, we treat "mood" in order to draw people involved in daily life into daily life.

I've always wondered how I can grasp "feeling" as architecture.

If this is an accessory, a bowl, a cup, or a clothes, you can select it according to your mood, and whether it is good or bad, you can get a feeling.

In the same way, you can change the architecture in the same way, you can change the place, but if you have a lot of homes, people with separate homes, or a place in the city It might be a little tricky, but it's a bit tedious, because you want to settle down where you want to go, and you want a safety zone.

Then, in one place, there is no place of "mood", and it is complicated, miscellaneous, unfamiliar and variable, reflecting "moe" or triggering "moe" I want to make architecture.

However, if you do so, what is incompatible is the architectural plan.

Roughly speaking, an architectural plan calls for efficiency and economy. Since a large amount of money is required for construction, business efficiency is important, and efficiency and economic efficiency are indispensable to secure the business efficiency. "Mood" does not fall into the category of efficiency and economy.

I'm thinking about how to come to terms.

No, maybe it may be impossible when trying to make a compromise.

In the first place, we are trying to bring "feeling" into architecture, but we know that it is not well-balanced with the architectural plan, but still stick to the architectural plan. It may be strange.

It 's hard to let go because there 's a lot to date.

However, if you think about it, it is as big as architecture that something complex and miscellaneous exists, drifts, is normal, and can tolerate an unorganized state in everyday life. Since it is impossible to do without a scale, there is no need to simplify things by organizing them, and it will be a matter of thinking that it is like throwing away the possibilities of architecture.

"Mood saucer"

There is some kind of framework or saucer when you try to build in a mood. It doesn't include things that directly affect the shape of the architecture, for example, something that affects the mood, something that directly relates to the shape of the architecture, or the mood itself It may be necessary to shape the architecture with something that triggers.

In any case, there is some kind of framework and saucer. In other words, is it a form, a rule, or a method?

Its format, rules, and methods are complex, miscellaneous, unfamiliar, and easy to change because they don't have a sense of mood, so they are good at organizing and controlling. If you don't have to organize or control it at all, and it doesn't hold, you won't be able to handle your mood.

However, organizing and controlling has a history, and the accumulated forms, rules, methods, and dare to call it the architect's architecture. From an architect's perspective, it doesn't seem to be organized or controlled, but rather has no sense of mood, complex, miscellaneous, unfamiliar, and variable. It may seem that it is maintained as it is.

The reason why we think about it is that it doesn't handle the mood in the first place based on the existing framework and saucer. There is an impression that it exists to exclude things that are easy to change, and that gives priority to efficiency and can exist without bothering the mood, it is common, but it makes you feel If you eliminate it, you do n't think there 's a person there.

"Even though it is complicated"

I think complex things can remain complex, but for some reason it is strange that they are well organized and easy to understand.

That's exactly why it has been mysterious that it is good to get rid of things you don't need, throw away things you don't need, and have a small selection of belongings.

The things around me are those that embody me, so as I get older, I experience various things, so I have something that has accumulated, aside from good or bad. Organizing the surroundings and throwing away the things you don't need now is like throwing away the things you have piled up, and then it will be messed up. Also, when I go back to the beginning, there are a lot of people who like myself, I regret it, I regret it, I like to throw it away. And because my sexual roots don't change, I just regret what I gave up later.

It's interesting that it's not complicated and simple, but you can keep it as it is. If you substitute it, you may not be able to do it, but if the value that you can leave it complicated is permeated, the society and the city are a little glossy, it is a margin, a margin, a gap, a gap I wonder if I can afford to carry extra things.

I don't say I don't need to organize, but no, it's easier to organize, there is more labor to hold complex things in complexity, and if you try to show it well, I think more ability is asked, that's why people don't want to be organized, they don't want to organize it separately, they don't want to be asked that they aren't organized, but they know that It 's strange.

"Relationship between mood and quality"

A mechanism is necessary for architecture that induces various moods.

People depend on their mood. If you positively affirm it instead of negatively, you will enjoy your daily life. Therefore, the mood is shaped as an architecture, and the architecture induces various moods in daily life, and various stories are created from it. The story gives people attachment and familiarity, and the place where they are now becomes architecture that is unique to you and unique to you.

The mechanism is scattered throughout the architecture. It is a quality fee such as accessories, materials, details, molds, and colors. The degree of the induction of mood is determined by the manner in which the quality charges are scattered. The higher the degree of triggering, the more intimate for the person and the space of their own, but at the same time it excludes others.

The degree can be determined by who the architecture is directed to. In general, if the space is highly public such as an art museum, the degree of mood is lowered. If the space is highly private such as a house, the degree of mood is raised. However, this is just a general guideline. You can raise the mood level in the museum and make the architecture itself like a kind of art work. You can avoid becoming too much space.

In any case, a story created by a person's mood determines everyday architecture.

Small materials, materials, details, molds, colors, and other qualities that are scattered in the architecture that induces that mood are complexly deformed spaces, and floors, walls, and ceiling finishes are extremely uneven and showy chromatic colors. The higher the quality fee for the device, the higher the degree of mood induction. That means creating more and more complex stories, more private, more intimate, and more personal space and architecture.

And it's just a mood problem that has nothing to do with the form of architecture, and it's a daily problem, so you can choose the form you like.

The form in this case is the architecturality that comes from the past stacks, but it is also a custom house or a built house. In short, since the format is not related, it is highly versatile. If the versatility is high, there is no relation with the region and race.

Since everyone has a mood on a daily basis, unless they are independent of the format, they cannot keep up with their versatility. The architecture that induces various moods is actually highly versatile, can be accepted by anyone, and is closely related to people.

"How to make a mood in architecture"

Even if you want to make "mood" form as an architecture, you will be compelled by the architect.

If it's a small portable thing like a book or a coffee cup, if you don't feel like it, you can replace it, but architecture doesn't, it's not easy. Since we know it from the beginning, we go to the mood, and eventually we have to adapt to the mood that architecture is forcing.

For example, if there is a dining table in the place where the morning sun comes in, everyone can know that it seems like an implicit understanding that you should have a pleasant morning by drinking coffee or eating breakfast there, so you can get on it. Otherwise, it makes you feel like you've lost, so eat breakfast and try to immerse yourself in a pleasant mood.

Is that a good thing? I think I'm trying to feel unnatural when I'm trying to get in good mood. The mood will appear spontaneously rather than consciously.

Is it better to focus on neutral things that don't impose any mood? I feel that it is also different, it is just a tasteless architecture.

So, do you mean that the feeling of coercion is too stale? Sometimes it is, but even if it is obsolete, it may be good.

In short, the lack of diversity in the mood is a problem, it can be a variety of moods, induces a variety of moods, that is, it must be a space that develops various stories that make you feel good. There must be several stories at the same time.

So how do you make such an architecture?

In simple terms, it is only necessary to stir up various devices that induce various moods, and the resulting "mood" is diverse, so various stories will be developed, but more specific It will not be a story unless it is put into the form of architecture.

"The mood is whereabouts"

I want to make "feeling" form as an architecture. If the act that the user uses in daily life also falls within the category of architecture, the "mood" that has some influence on the act may be the category of architecture.

Since "mood" has no elements that directly lead to the form of architecture, it seeks the form of architecture through actions that are influenced by "mood".

Why do you want to make "feeling" form? The reason is that people usually have a "mood" anywhere in their daily life, and that "mood" has various effects on things and things. In my daily life, I thought there would be no architecture that could build a close relationship with the people who use it.

Actions influenced by "mood" will create various stories in everyday life. Since that "mood" may not be one, it takes time and effort to combine multiple "mood" to demonstrate imagination and create a story from the act that was influenced.

The story is replaced with architecture, and the "feeling" is expressed as architecture using the difference between the original architectural form.

The architecture is a unique place because it has a unique mood.

"Nothing is good"

Things that are around you that you will be observing. There should be something in the field of sight that you have never consciously seen, or something that you create.

Even if you are there, you can't see it unless you look at it consciously. So, even if something happens every day, if it is not consciously understood, it is the same as not knowing.

Even if you don't go out to find something special, you don't have to go out to taste the extraordinary, you can create important things that you haven't noticed in the ordinary and everyday scenery in front of you. There may be something.

It isn't noticeable to other people, because it can only be found with a particular sense.

Architecture serves to sharpen that sense. It may be tailored to a specific sense, or it may be expanded to match the feelings of many people. That is the architectural design difference between private and public spaces.

So architecture is not just a container, but something that continues to influence. So there is nothing that can be done.
