モノでないならば

建築をモノとして扱わない場合はどうなるだろうかと考えてみた。建築はモノであることが大前提だから、モノでない建築は空間という領域のような囲まれた状況があるだけの認識になるのだろうか。

モノでないならば、モノの優劣は存在しない。モノの良し悪しが関係なくなる。もちろん、モノの良さで判断するようなこと、例えば、仕上げに大理石を使うなど、はどうでもいいことになる。

"If not a thing"

I wondered what would happen if architecture was not treated as a thing. Since architecture is based on the premise that it is a thing, is it just a recognition that architecture that is not a thing has an enclosed situation like the area of space?

If it is not a thing, there is no superiority or inferiority of the thing. It doesn't matter whether things are good or bad. Of course, it doesn't matter what you judge by the goodness of things, such as using marble for finishing.
