ガタン、ゴトンと毎日毎日うるさいし、揺れる。近くの解体工事現場の音と揺れ、お互いさまでも日中家にいるとちょっとイライラ、それに近くを通るとカビ臭いから現場の前は通らない。

やっとしなくなったので、久しぶりに前を通ると景色が一変、当たり前だが何も無い。なんか新鮮というか、こんなに広い空き地というか、空き地は何かを建てる前提だから、すぐに変わるし、なかなか見ないから、いつもこのまま何も無ければいいのに。

結局、空き地は何かの空間で埋まる。どうせ埋めるならば、周りが喜ぶもので埋めて欲しい。せめてデザインはよくして欲しい。

"Filling vacant lot"

It is noisy and shakes every day with rattling and goton. The sound and shaking of the nearby demolition work site made me feel a little annoyed when I was at home during the day, and when I passed near it, I couldn't pass in front of the site because of the musty smell.

It's finally gone, so when I pass in front of me for the first time in a while, the scenery changes completely, and it's natural, but nothing. It's kind of fresh, it's such a large vacant lot, it's a premise to build something, so it changes quickly and it's hard to see, so I wish I had nothing as it is.

After all, the vacant lot is filled with some space. If you want to fill it anyway, please fill it with something that makes people happy. I want you to at least improve the design.

自分の声には3種類あるらしい。ひとつは自分の耳で聞く自分の声、もうひとつは他人が耳で聞く自分の声、そして最後がレコーディングした自分の声で、それぞれみな違うらしい。らしいというのは、他人が耳で聞く自分の声だけはわからないからで、今まではレコーディングした自分の声を他人が耳で聞く自分の声だと思っていた。

声という自分が発する分身のような存在にも自分では把握できない部分があることが面白く、声には言葉がのり、他人に対して説得や伝達などを行うためにコントロールする必要があると思っていたが、そもそも全てをコントロールできないかもしれない。

自分の声なのに他人に委ねる部分があり、それに気づかず説得や伝達を試みていたら上手くいく確率が下がるかもしれないと思ったが、全ての人がそうであるならば、他人に委ねている部分をつくること、すなわち、自分の声を発するだけでコミニケーションがはじまることになるとも思った。

"My voice"

It seems that there are three types of voices. One is your own voice that you hear with your own ears, the other is your own voice that others hear, and the last is your own voice that you recorded. It seems to be because I don't know only my own voice that others hear, so I used to think that it was my own voice that others heard.

It is interesting that there is a part of the voice that is like an alter ego that I can not grasp, and I think that it is necessary to control the voice in order to persuade and communicate with others. However, you may not be able to control everything in the first place.

There is a part that I entrust to others even though it is my own voice, and I thought that if I tried to persuade and communicate without noticing it, the probability of success would decrease, but if everyone is so, the part that I entrust to others I also thought that communication would start just by making a voice, that is, by uttering one's own voice.

「見える」と「見る」について、案外やりがちで大丈夫かなと心配になることについて考えてみた。建築設計をしている時の視点は俯瞰であり鳥瞰なので、意識して建築を見ることになる。意識することにより「見る」が審美眼になり、規律や秩序を保とうとする。この場合の規律や秩序には技術的なことや意匠的なことも含むので、「見る」が一定の水準を保つことに役立つ。それは建築以外のことでも同じだろう。「見る」ことかあると厳しく洗練される。

しかし、「見る」ことを意識するのは当事者だけなので、本当は「見える」ことを意識する必要がある。「見る」ことで抜け落ちたことが「見える」ことになり、当事者以外は「見える」しか意識しない。

一定の水準を保つ「見る」にプラスして「見える」ことを意識できるのが一番良いのだが、それができる人はほとんどいないから「見える」視点を持つ人が最強かもしれない。

"The strongest theory of" visible "people"

Regarding "seeing" and "seeing", I thought about the unexpected tendency to worry about whether it would be okay. When designing an architecture, the viewpoint is a bird's-eye view and a bird's-eye view, so you will be conscious of looking at the architecture. By being conscious, "seeing" becomes an aesthetic eye and tries to maintain discipline and order. Since the discipline and order in this case include technical and design matters, "seeing" helps to maintain a certain level. It would be the same for things other than architecture. When there is something to "see", it is severely refined.

However, since only the parties are conscious of "seeing", it is necessary to be conscious of "seeing" in reality. By "seeing", what is missing becomes "visible", and only "visible" is conscious of other than the parties concerned.

It is best to be aware of "seeing" in addition to "seeing" that maintains a certain level, but since few people can do that, those who have a "visible" perspective may be the strongest.

高い所から見下ろす東京は一面見渡す限り建築に覆われていて、一部皇居や代々木公園などの緑はあっても、地面を見ることができないくらい建築だらけである。

その光景は地上にいる時とは違う感覚を抱かせる。地上では確かに建築に囲まれている感じはあるが、道路があり空が一面に広がるから、そこまで建築に覆われている感じがない。その違いは単に見る視点の違いだけだろうか。それならば簡単な話だが、視点によって見える建築の部位が違う影響はないだろうか。

高い所から見下ろす時は屋根がよく見える。地上にいる時は屋根はほとんど見えない。都市との関係で建築を考える時は屋根が重要な要素になるのではないか。もしそうならば、建築=屋根として考えてみると面白いかもしれない。　

"Tokyo full of roofs"

Looking down from a high place, Tokyo is covered with architecture as far as the eye can see, and even though there is some greenery such as the Imperial Palace and Yoyogi Park, it is so full of architecture that you cannot see the ground.

The scene gives a different feeling than when you are on the ground. On the ground, it certainly feels like it's surrounded by architecture, but because there are roads and the sky spreads all over, it doesn't feel like it's covered with architecture. Is the difference just the difference in the viewpoint of viewing? That's a simple story, but isn't there an effect that the parts of the building that can be seen differ depending on the viewpoint?

When looking down from a high place, you can see the roof well. You can hardly see the roof when you are on the ground. The roof may be an important factor when considering architecture in relation to the city. If so, it may be interesting to think of architecture as roof.

関係性について考えてしまう。建築を考える時に都市の中にどのように置くか、都市との関係をどうするか、いろいろな手法があるが、そのどれでもない手法はないものかと建築のプランと絡めながら考える。その過程は楽しいものでいろいろと巡る思考遊びのようだが、そもそも正解がある訳ではなく、一般的な所で理解されるように落とし込み、調整をし、伝える必要があるので結構考え込む。最近は屋根について、隣り合う建築同士を関係づけるアイテムとして考えている。屋根の可能性みたいことを問い直そうとしているが、知っているようで案外知らないアイテムかもしれない。屋根の機能を抜いたところでも存在する価値を探している。

When thinking about architecture, there are various methods such as how to put them in the city and how to relate to the city, but I think that there is no method that is none of them in connection with the architectural plan. The process is fun and seems to be a play of thinking around various things, but there is no correct answer in the first place, and it is necessary to make adjustments and convey it so that it can be understood in general places, so I think about it quite a bit. Recently, I've been thinking about roofs as an item that connects adjacent buildings. I'm trying to re-question the possibilities of the roof, but it may be an item that seems to be known but unexpectedly unknown. We are looking for value that exists even if the function of the roof is removed.

敷地に対して建築面積の余裕があるから、屋根の形状をプランの平面形状とは関係無しに構築しでみようと考えてみた。

屋根はプランの平面形状を覆うイメージから、屋根の平面形状はプランに従う。しかし、屋根に求められる機能はプランとは関連性が無いので、屋根の平面形状がプランに従う必要性は全く無い。

屋根とプランを別々にデザインしてみようと考えている。その時にプラン上で何か変化が起きるか、屋根の存在が変わるかを見てみたい。

From the image that the roof covers the plan shape, the plan shape of the roof follows the plan. However, since the functions required for the roof are not related to the plan, there is no need for the plan shape of the roof to follow the plan.

I'm thinking of designing the roof and the plan separately. I would like to see if something changes on the plan at that time or if the existence of the roof changes.

勝手に決めつけていることは本人にはその意識がないのでわからない。その場合、根拠を求めていくと大概は曖昧になり、結局は思い込みだったりするのだが、意識がないので根拠も求めない。厄介なものでなかなか気がつかない。さらに厄介なのは過小評価してしまうことだ、相手に対しても、自分に対しても。どこかで修正しないとズレるばかり、自然に戻ることは無いが、一旦気がつけば瞬時に全てが解ける。思い込みということだけに気がつきさえすれば良いのだが、なかなか手強いものである。

"Tough things"

I don't know what I'm deciding on my own because I don't have that consciousness. In that case, when you ask for the grounds, it usually becomes ambiguous, and in the end it is a belief, but since you are not conscious, you do not ask for the grounds either. It's awkward and hard to notice. Even more troublesome is to underestimate, both to the other person and to yourself. If you don't fix it somewhere, it will just shift and will not return to nature, but once you notice it, everything can be solved instantly. All you have to do is realize that it's a belief, but it's quite tough.
