外観の違和感

集合住宅は概ね各住戸が均一で連続と積層が効率性を高め事業性を担保しているので、仕上げなどの違いはあるにしても、均一で効率性が現れた外観でその建物が集合住宅だと誰でもわかる。

住人は均一ではないだろうから、中身になる生活は決して均一にはならない。

建築のビルディングタイプとして集合住宅は一戸建ての住宅の次に、事務所ビルと同じ位に多いかもしれないが、事務所ビル同様、外観の均一性と中身の不均一性の違いが外観と中身を別々に存在させていることに対する違和感を建築デザインで無くしたいと考えている。

"Uncomfortable appearance"

In a multi-dwelling house, each dwelling unit is generally uniform, and continuous and stacking enhances efficiency and ensures business feasibility, so even if there are differences in finishing etc., the building has a uniform and efficient appearance. Anyone can understand that.

Residents will not be uniform, so the life inside will never be uniform.

As a building type of architecture, multiple dwellings may be as many as office buildings next to single-family homes, but like office buildings, the difference between appearance uniformity and content non-uniformity is the difference between appearance and content. I would like to eliminate the discomfort of having them exist separately in the architectural design.
