効率の枠から外れる
どこにでもあるマンションの形式はどこでも大体一緒である。そもそもマンションは効率良く人口密度を上げるための形式だから、どこでも一緒になるのが当たり前である。むしろ、効率を廃した形式ではマンションにする意味が無い。この効率の果てのマンション形式は事業側のメリットと住む側のメリットの合致点のバランスが取りやすいから当たり前のように繰り返される。ただ効率で決まるような形式は否定したい気持ちが強いからこのマンション形式をなんとかしたいと思う。その時考えられる方法はこの形式の効率性に着目し、一旦非効率にし再構成するか、効率をさらに推し進めて別の何かを引き出すことで効率の枠から外れるか。前者はよくある方法で再構成したものを見かけるが元の形式の亜種でしかない場合が多い。可能性を感じるのは後者の方で効率というものそのものを結果的に解体して再構成することなのかもしれない。

At that time, the method that can be considered is to focus on the efficiency of this form, and either make it inefficient and reconfigure it, or push the efficiency further and draw something else out of the framework of efficiency. The former can be seen reconstructed in a common way, but in many cases it is only a subspecies of the original format. What I feel is possible is the latter, which may result in the dismantling and reconstruction of efficiency itself.
