道具で時間を
道具の話ですが、道具に何を求めるか、やはり、その道具を使うことによって、自分がどうなるか、を求めてしまう。
求めるものは2つで、どちらかが満たされていれば、その道具を使います。それは、自分の気分を高揚させてくれるものか、自分の時間をつくり出してくれるもの。
気分を高揚させてくれるものは人によって違うでしょうから、ただ、なかなか無いので、この時にとりあえずは無し、見つからないからとか、面倒だからとか、この程度でいいやは無し、その程度のものしかできません、その道具では。その道具を使いながら、自分の気分が高揚したら、そんな楽しい時間はないし、きっと良い時間になるでしょ。
例えば、車を移動するための道具だとしたら、動けば何でも良いよりは、気に入ったものに、ただ移動するだけで気分が高揚したら、それだけで素晴らしい時間に。
よく聞く話で、1日24時間は誰でも一緒、同じ、だから、自分の時間をつくり出してくれる道具は有り難い。例えば、ルンバ、掃除から解放されて、他のことをする時間をつくってくれる、ただ、うちのルンバは古いのか、家具に結構強く当たる、それが、家具は収納道具なので、お気に入りの家具しか置きたくないので、それにガンガン当たるのは、最新のものはそんなことはないのでしょうか。
もう模型つくりから解放されて、何でも自分でやりたいので、ただ、模型をつくる時間があったら、その分、プロジェクトを深める時間に使いたい、3Dプリンタがフル稼動です。
最初のスタディ模型はバリエーションを多く、とにかくたくさんつくりたいので、3Dプリンタで模型をつくっている間に、前の模型を検討し、新たな模型作成用データをつくり、模型ができあがってきたら、またそのデータを3Dプリンタにかけ、できあがった模型をまた検討し、新たにまた模型作成用データをつくる、これの繰り返しができるのが心地よく、楽しい時間。
そう考えると、どちらも、つくり出すのはもちろん、高揚させるのも、道具というのは時間を扱うものだと改めて思う。
