"A space that does nothing"

I want to create a space that does nothing so as to leave a gap. Architecture is basically a collection of spaces that do something, and there is no space that does nothing. A space that does nothing is not a wasteful space, but a space that does not need to do anything, and by arranging it so as to cut off the space that does something, the complexity of the space that does something increases.

The whole thing is always dynamic if it's just a space to do something, and people can't stay that dynamic, so we need a reasonably static space to do nothing.

A static space that does nothing exists regardless of the flow of time, and it plays against a space that does something in response to the flow of time, but it corrects the distortion of the sense of time that occurs in everyday life.
