全ては一時的な果て
全ては一時的なものと捉えるならば、はじまりも終わりも無意味なものになる。それは着想も無意味であり、結論も無意味である。そうなると建築は成り立たない。全ては一時的なものだろうか。
建築もいつかは無くなる。ならば一時的であり、はじまりも終わりもないとなる。その様が建築のデザインに現れないことにいつも違和感を感じていた。ならば、その回答としてメタボリズムのような新陳代謝を繰り返す建築を想起すればいいのだろうか。今、中銀カプセルタワーは解体中である。
一時的な姿をスクリーンショットのように捉え実現化する、その繰り返しで良く、さらに建築はその大きさと不動故に経年変化をデザインに取り込まないといけないと思うがそこの部分に知恵を絞る事例は皆無に近い。
"Everything is a temporary end"
