境界線を越えて

立体街区のようなプランが多く、集合住宅では住戸内部のプランに他との明確な差異を見つけることができないのか、建築計画上効率を優先し不特定多数に支持されるものにするにはある程度住戸内部のプランをニュートラルにせざるを得ないのか、住戸以外の廊下や階段といった動線空間をデザインしてまとめ上げる事例をよく見る。集合住宅のメリットである効率性を活かしつつデザインするには最善の方法にも見えるがちょっと無理を感じる時もある。敷地境界線を越えていく難しさとでも言うか、なかなか境界線を越えてつなげることは妄想の中でしかないケースも多い。

"Beyond the border"

There are many plans such as three-dimensional districts, and it is not possible to find a clear difference in the plan inside the dwelling unit in the apartment house, or it is to some extent to prioritize efficiency in the architectural plan and make it supported by the general public. I often see cases where the plan inside the dwelling unit has to be neutral, and the flow line space such as corridors and stairs other than the dwelling unit is designed and put together. It may seem like the best way to design while taking advantage of the efficiency of an apartment building, but sometimes it feels a little impossible. It may be said that it is difficult to cross the boundary line of the site, but there are many cases where connecting beyond the boundary line is only a delusion.
