関係性が重要
効率的に空間配置をすることは集合住宅では特に求められることである。効率的な空間配置を目指すと事業性が上がる経済的メリットとプランに妥当性と納得感が生まれる。通常はここまでで終わる。それ以上は考える必要がない。しかし、様々な関係性も同時に生まれるので、本来はその関係性こそがデザインをする対象として最も重要だと考えている。
