感触が伝わった空間
建築の中で感触を味わうものがあるだろうか。人と建築が常に接している部位は床であるから、足の裏を介して床の感触を常に味わうことにはなっている。
昔、床の仕上げとしてシナベニヤを使用したことがある。その住宅の家族は完成後、スリッパではなく、靴下で生活をはじめた。そうすると、設計時にはそこまで意識が及んでいなかったが、シナベニヤの表面の仕上げの軟らかさを靴下越しに感じて、大げさではなくて本当に木の絨毯の上を歩いているようだった。
そうすると不思議なもので、その時は壁や天井にもシナベニヤの仕上げを施したのだが、壁や天井に直接触れること無しに見た目で、軟らかな感触が伝わってきて、空間全体が軟らかくまろやかに感じられた。

Then, although I wasn't so conscious at the time of designing, I felt the softness of the surface finish of the cinnavenia through the socks, and it seemed that I was really walking on a wooden carpet rather than exaggerating.
Then, it was strange, and at that time, the walls and ceiling were also finished with cinnavenia, but without touching the walls and ceiling directly, the soft feel was transmitted, and the entire space felt soft and mellow. It was.
