プロセスを紐解く

決定プロセスを経た場合、結果は重要ではなくなる。

決定プロセスとは決定に至るまでの道筋をはっきりとさせるためのものであり、それはとても細かく、その道筋通り順序よく行えば、ある一定のレベル以上で結果を出すことができる。

しかし、結果が出る時点で結果はたまたまそれになっただけに過ぎず、むしろ決定プロセスを紐解く方が重要になる。

"Unraveling the process"

After going through the decision process, the results are not important.

The decision-making process is about clarifying the path to a decision, which is very detailed and, if done in order, can produce results above a certain level.

However, when the results come out, the results just happen to happen, and it is more important to unravel the decision-making process.
