専門の人
専門性を出さずにはいられない。それがある故に、立ち位置が決まるというか、その立ち位置にいるためには必要というか、暗黙の了解的なことで、誰か決めた訳でも無く、ただ、当然のような態度で、その立ち位置で流通している言葉を使い、素材を使い、進め方も無論、暗黙的にある。
いつも相対している人が専門外の人だと、それではコミニケーションが上手くとれないから、専門性を上手く別の言葉に置き換えて説明するように心掛けてきた。
それでもコミニケーションが上手くとれない時は、相性が悪いから仕方がないと諦めていた。
それはコミニケーションをとることも仕事のうちで、それが仕事の成否を左右する場合もあるが、全ての仕事が、全ての人と、上手くコミニケーションをとるのは不可能だから、上手くいかない時もたまにはあるからと、それで納得していた。
コミニケーションの上手くいくいかないに関しては、それで良いとは思っているけれど、そもそも専門性を持つというはじめの時点で専門外の人とボタンの掛け違いがあるのではないか。
専門外の人から求められる専門性と、自分が有して離そうしない専門性は同じなのだろうか。
そもそも自分が有している専門性は自分の立ち位置を確保するための専門性であり、専門外の人が求めていることが、その範疇に入っているのだろうか。
全く同じである必要は無いけれど、自分の有している専門性の中心の部分からかなりの距離があるのではないだろうか。
そんなことが急に気になった。

It takes communication and it is part of the work, and it may affect the success or failure of the work, but because it is impossible for all work to communicate well with everyone, sometimes it does not work well I was convinced that there was.
I don't think that communication is going well, but I think that's fine, but at the beginning of having expertise in the first place, there might be a difference between buttons and non-specialists.
Is the expertise required by non-specialists the same as the expertise I have and will not release?
In the first place, the expertise I have is the expertise to secure my position, and what does the non-professional person want in the category?
It doesn't have to be exactly the same, but it might be a considerable distance from the center of expertise you have.
