"Necessity of context"

The premise when designing the context of the surrounding environment is that the architecture does not move and needs to be in that place, but what if the premise changes and it is not necessary to be in that place? Thought.

Wouldn't it be a clue to the context at all? Wouldn't it be necessary to think of architecture as an act only on the site separated from the surroundings and need no context at all?

The context may be about the site, even if it is separated from the surroundings. Then, unless the architecture is separated from the ground, the architecture will continue to be influenced by the context. Even if the premise changes and the necessity of being in the place is not necessary, it will be affected, so how to confront the context may be questioned.

What if we could build a premise that doesn't even have to confront the context? Will the architecture then be separated from the ground?
