雑草生い茂る場所を眺めながら
建築が建つかどうかは法規的には土地が道路に接しているかによるので、都市部では建築と道路はセットで考える場合が多い。大体が土地に対して道路がどの方位で接しているかが計画に結構大きく影響を与える。
鉄道の高架化により風景が変わる時、事業の進捗具合によっては立ち退きによる道路付け替えよりも先に建築物ができる場合がある。道路の位置は決まっているが雑草生い茂る場所を道路に見立てて計画をする。何ともイメージしづらいが、この状況で良い環境を実現するには何をしたら良いのかを考えている。

Whether or not a building is built depends on whether the land is in contact with the road, so in urban areas, the building and the road are often considered as a set. In general, the direction in which the road touches the land has a considerable effect on the plan.
When the landscape changes due to the elevated railway, depending on the progress of the project, the building may be built before the road replacement due to eviction. The location of the road is fixed, but the place where weeds grow is likened to a road when planning. It's hard to imagine, but I'm thinking about what to do to realize a good environment in this situation.
